Dear Parent:

Your child has enrolled in my course, Human Sexuality, Psychology 134, offered by the Psychology Department at Grossmont College, 

El Cajon, California.  I am requesting your permission for your child to participate in and attend my class (as well as outside 

class activities).  Due to the sensitive nature of the course's subject matter, it is important to have your consent. For educational 

purposes, I use adult films, graphic texts, and video clips that depict sexual behaviors and nudity.  If you have any questions concerning
